Executive Chair

Cathy Deblaere

The idea of the Trilogy Disability Foundation came to light by former Disability Support Worker and current Co-Founder of Trilogy Disability Services, Cathy Deblaere. Having worked as an Enrolled Nurse and Support Worker for health and disability in Australia and the UK, as well as at FACS and across multiple care homes, Cathy draws from 30 years of experience and holds extensive knowledge of the industry. Cathy and her Co-Director Nicole (Nicki) opened Trilogy Disability Services with their first property in March 2017, specialising in children’s respite care. Six years later with more than 20 properties located on both the Central Coast and upper North Shore, Trilogy Disability Services is still growing. Cathy is a mother to four children who are all involved in the family business of Trilogy and is a nan to six grandchildren. Through her passion for her career in helping others and her experience, Cathy was able to identify significant gaps in welfare management and support, particularly in the Central Coast region and thus began the idea of a Foundation to fill those gaps and broaden the scope of support for vulnerable groups in the community.

Nicole progressed from support worker to co-founder of Trilogy Disability Services - an organization that offers respite, supported independent living and disability advocacy for the Northern Sydney and Central Coast communities.
